Cover Reveal: Clockwork Princess by Cassandra Clare

It's here!!! The cover for the last book in the THE INFERNAL DEVICES trilogy by bestselling author Cassandra Clare has been revealed in a spectacular culmination of tweets containing the hashtag #ClockworkPrincess.

With every new tweet a tiny bit of the cover was revealed at www.shadowhunters.com. At around 9.15 p.m. I started watching the reveal with excitement. Did you too? It took 30.000 tweets and less than 2 hours to get the full cover. Never underestimate the power of Twitter and Cassandra Clare fans! 

So here's the gorgeous CLOCKWORK PRINCESS cover for you! But first the torturing revealing process summarized (can't believe I took screenshots of the process when supposed to be studying! The crazy things you do when books are involved...) :

    I don't read this series but that is a beautiful cover! I admire your dedication to the cover reveal in favour of studying! ;)

    Oh my goodness! It's beautiful, I love it! I love St. Paul's in the background and the colour, just everything! This is the first time I've seen it, I can't imagine going through the unveiling. You have much more patience then I do, I would have gone crazy - as you said, books make us do crazy things. But they are so worth it! :)

    Wow! I'm actually a bit skeptical when it comes to new covers, but the first thing that came to my mind when I saw it is GORGEOUS. Unfortunately I'm stuck on the second book of the other series so I don't know what this one is about, but I'm hoping to do so soon! <3

    The dress is gorgeous and I love that you can see the clockwork angel around Tessa's neck. The book is the eye popper I can't wait til this comes out, even though I will have to say goodbye to these beloved shadowhunters. Whoever does these covers is completely amazing. Anyone know what is in the background?
