Summer has officially come to an end (in Germany so it seems). The sky is more often cloudy and grey than blue these days and I've been wearing scarf and trenchcoat for a few weeks now. For those of you who don't want to let go of summer just yet or who are starting into their summer months I've found seven YA contemporary reads to keep you in a warm and summery mood. I'll be posting one review each day of this week, starting with BROOKLYN GIRLS today. Here's what I'll be reviewing.
My holiday reads MOONGLASS, THE DISTANCE BETWEEN US and ALONG FOR THE RIDE. Two netgalley titles, FANGIRL by Rainbow Rowell
and BROOKLYN GIRLS by Gemma Burgess. And SOMETHING LIKE
NORMAL by Trish Doller and FROM WHAT I REMEMBER by Stacy Kramer and
Valerie Thomas.
Q! Have you read any of these? Link me to your reviews in the comments so I can read them and comment!

I've started wearing a jacket here in Canada too. It seems like fall is definitely in the air.
ReplyDeleteI didn't like The Distance Between Us as much as Pivot Point, but Moonglass was pretty good even if it was slow-paced. Oh, and I've read most of Sarah Dessen's books and liked Along for the Ride.
Great titles! I LOVED Along for the Ride and Something Like Normal!
ReplyDeleteI'm reading Fangirl right now and it's amazing so far!
I love a lot of Sarah Dessen books like Along for the Ride, The Lullaby, and Just Listen. <3
ReplyDeleteI haven't read any of Sarah Dessen's books yet, they look awesome!!!
