Books Read in 2018

Hi fellow bookworms! I still love books and am very passionate about reading. In the past year I just didn't find the time to sit down and concentrate on composing a new blog post. So I'm glad to change that now! Overall 2018 was a very challenging and emotional year and I am more than thankful for all the books that brought me joy. Here is the record of a fabulous reading year. Here are the 57 books of 50 books I challenged myself to read. Among them was the Throne of Glass series by Sarah J. Maas which I had been avoiding until 2018 and which just blew my mind! What an amazing universe! I'm hoping for more YA gems in 2019 and will be sharing my most anticipated books of this year as well as a few pictures of my trips to Japan and Scotland soon.

Happy New Year 2017!

In 2016 I started another year at university in a new degree and that meant a lot of additional reading and extra work that took away my blogging time. I read 45 books in total and I guess I just have to make the best out of it. Again I'm glad for all the new wonderful literary worlds I got to travel in 2016 and places in the real world as well. I went to London and Edinburgh and spent almost three weeks travelling the South of Ireland which was a dream! So here's to many new amazing reads and experiences in 2017. Happy Reading!

In 2015 I didn't read as many books as I might have wanted. Still, I'd call it a year with great experiences, travels and even a few five-star reads. I read 66 books in total. Eight of them were debut novels. I finished six book series and started four new series. My reading goal for 2016 is to read at least 75 books and read all of my top ten most anticipated books. Books Read in 2014

Here's a list of all the books I read in 2014. It helps me keeping track of them because it's always hard to count re-reads on Goodreads. And I just love to gaze at the beautiful cover collages.
