Coveresque feat. Wicked Lovely by Melissa Marr (US vs. Indonesian vs. German)
Tell me, which Wicked Lovely cover do you like best? US on the left, we've got the Indonesian cover in the middle and the German one on the right side. Each cover has a girl on it and is colored in purple and blue, very fairy-like.
These do look very similar. I'll have to go with liking the US cover the best. To me the Indonesian cover is pretty but it looks cartoonish and I don't like the girl on the cover of the German cover (not trying to be mean). I've been wanting to read this series books too….AGH…so many books to read!!
I LOVE the middle one! Definitely my favorite. By the way, I nominated you for a Stylish Blogger Award on my blog at http://thebookbug-hogan.blogspot.com/
US one, completely. It fits the mysterious, eerie, beautiful tone of the whole book the best in my opinion. But I like the Indonesian one too; it just looks a little middle-grade-bookish for me.
Must say that as pretty as the Indonesian one is (not so much into the German one), I'd still have to go for the US version. Definitely my fav out of the 3.
I have never seen the Indonesian cover before. It looks really great. Guess I am liking it the most. But also love the U.S cover :)
ReplyDeleteI like them all, but I'm still partial for the US one (:

My faves would be the US and the German one :)
ReplyDeleteI am going to have to say the US cover is the best! I love it, but I think the Indonesian one is really pretty, too.

Hands down the US one for me. I like the last, but the middle one is too juvenile for the subject matter. Great post!

ReplyDeleteI'm so glad seeing one of book in my shelf in this post :)
ReplyDeleteSomething in common from those books above is the color. I have the Indonesian cover, I like it but the US is also nice.
I like the US and Indonesian. Not so much the german...
